Naming the Eraserheads' album, Carbon Stereoxide, was based on a superstition? It is called the "C" superstition. Bass guitarist Buddy Zabala insisted that the name of the album should have the letter C. Why? We don't know ...neither do bandmates Ely Buendia and Marcus Adoro. = ) Five other albums were also entitled based on this superstition, Ultraelectromagneticpop! (1993), Circus (1994), Cutterpillow (1995), Fruitcake (1996), and Sticker Happy (1997). One of their dreams is to do an album in a far and isolated place somewhere like what some foreign acts do? They want to rent a house. Convert one of the rooms into a studio so they could record anytime they want. Put in some "toys". And one important prerequisite is a swimming pool.
